I'm sorry about the issue. Please try:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Right-click on the Start button at bottom left, then click on Control Panel.
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Then close.
  8. Then open Internet and check.

- If that does not work, please download and install the Firefox program at the website below:

, then close Internet Explorer.

, then open Firefox program, then go to the website in Firefox program and download / update Adobe FlashPlayer in Firefox program

, then use Firefox program to go to websites you want, and check.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
