Customer Question

I have tried to install Chrome, but when I click the Chrome Icon in the tool tray, a popup asks if I want to allow the software to change my computer. If I say "yes" then a page ( comes up that says, "Aw Snap, somethng went wrong...."
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, always the same result.
