I was just trying to access my computer and its not being able to login.
All I get is the Toshiba sign and my name right at the center of the computer and easy access tab on the lower left and power tab on the lower right hand corner.

Can you remove the power cable to the Laptop then hold the power button down for 60 seconds then release.

Connect the power cable, start the Laptop and tell me if it now starts correctly.
