We own UPS store in Katy, TX. We have Konica Minolta printer

We own UPS store in Katy, TX.
We have Konica Minolta printer model BuzHub C 554 for last 3 years.
We were scan and e-mail from this printer.
Since last month we are not able to do this. We checked with Konica who advises us that there has been some change by Google and hence printer is not scanning and e-mailing.
What do we do to let printer scan & e-mail again?
