Presently functioning (?) on quickbooks 2011. Cannot open as get message that "an internal file ii QuickBooks is unreadable (PS107). I cannot use the solution proposed as I cannot exit the message and go to help. The only way out is to crash and start again only to runinto same problem. Help.
