Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

This can be caused by a Windows update. To to Control Panel and open Windows Update.

Click the Installed Updates link and on the page do a search for KB971033

and uninstall it.

Then change Windows Update settings and turn it off (for now)

Then click Start and type: cmd in the search area.

Right-click on the cmd search result at the top and select Run as Administrator.

At the blinking prompt in the black window type: slmgr -rearm and press Enter.

Restart your machine.

When it comes back up click Start, right-click Computer and select Properties.

Look toward the bottom of the page at the activation status. If may take a few minutes for it to change.
