I have a fairly new Aspire E5-771G & the Computer has frozen

I have a fairly new Aspire E5-771G & the Computer has frozen whilst printing a design from my CAD program Chief Architect. I have tried C-Alt-del & nothing happens. Power off doesn't do anything. Can you help.

I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried to press and hold the Power on/off button on the laptop for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on and check?

If needed, can you remove power cord and the the battery at the back of the laptop for a minute, then reinstall battery, then turn on and check?

What is showing on the laptop's screen now?
