My wireless keyboard 1000. Is not set up with a qwerty

Customer Question

My wireless keyboard 1000. Is not set up with a qwerty response: for example if I type a w available appears if I type a v a w appears. The covers of the keys have not been tampered with. The keyboard was in storage (in Wisconsin w/o heat) for over a year.
