Would you please do this activity and update status

1: Open Device Manager (Click Start > on Run window type devmgmt.msc press enter key)

This opens device manager window

You can remove by right click item > Click Uninstall

Note: Do for all keyboards items that shows under keyboard section

3: Now reboot machine and see if it makes a difference

If issue appear even after, please answer

1: Does issue appear in welcome screen where you enter password ***** login desktop?

2: Can you create a second user profile and see if keyboard works on that profile?

3: If you have a second USB keyboard, check if that works fine?

Yesterday my computer kept freezing up when I tried to do as requested so eventually I gave up. Typing at normal speed when login at beginning of computer session so issue doesn't appear on welcome/login screen, same problem with keyboard exists when typing in a different user account, don't have 2nd USB keyboard.
