I am having trouble getting a smooth playback to tv shows

Hi, I am having trouble getting a smooth playback to tv shows from my xfinity page from Comcast. I have Windows 7, the most up to date adobe flash player, I am on an ethernet cable from netgear router box. Currently the household internet is solely dedicated to my use. I also checked my device drive for my speakers. Any ideas?

I would suggest you try Google Chrome instead of Mozilla. Download and install Google Chrome from the link below.

Then, try using Xfinity from Chrome. Let me know if the issue persists.
