techs have tried everthing - all hardware working but problem still exists and continues

ok. so everything means attempted a reinstall of windows? As its either the kernel that has corrupted or the processor is failing.

windows 10 enough - how do I remove it and get windows 8.1 back

Windows is not loading at all correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it's loading but i keep getting BSOD with error critical process died. Windows 10 shove it I want 8.1 back

ok, its likely though to be a hardware issue as this is the cause for most BDOD, especially when you get a process died.

But connect a keyboard and hold the left shift and with it held, power on the Surface and keep tapping F8 until you get to a menu.

Tell me if you can get to this or if you get the BSOD please.
