I'm sorry about the issue. Do not call that number; it is fake. Does this issue occur when you open Safari application only? Or does it affect other applications also?

If you shut down the computer, then turn it back on, does this issue still occurs?

Please try the following fix:

1. Click on the Apple logo / menu, then click on Force Quit, then select Safari, then click on Force Quit and confirm (Or just restart the computer.)
2. Press and keep holding the Shift key on the keyboard while clicking on / opening Safari application.
, then that popup window should not load any more.
3. Click on Safari menu at the top, and select Reset Safari, and reset.
; if there is no Reset Safari option, then click on the option Clear History and Website Data, and clear.
4. Quit Safari and re-open Safari normally, and it should work fine now.

- If that does not work, force quit Safari (or restart the computer)
, then disconnect Wi-Fi/wireless from the computer, or disconnect the Ethernet/network cable from the computer (or disconnect the power cord from the Internet modem/router device)
, then press and hold Shift key and open Safari
, then reset Safari and/or clear...
, re-connect the computer to Internet
, then quit / re-open Safari.

When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
