Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I keep doing that or shift ctrl del then power it down from that. In that mode arrow keys work
Expert:  arsufi2002 replied 2 years ago.

Does computer freeze only when you login to it. What i mean is what's the computer status in Login Screen

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
After login it goes to desktop then freezes immediately as soon as the icon that resembles a desktop comes up on the task bar with the red x
Expert:  arsufi2002 replied 2 years ago.

I want you to do this thing..

While you are in Windows Login password, press and hold left shift key and then Restart computer

You can find restart button right bottom. Before it reboot you will be prompted to another screen where you have option

Select Troubleshoot

Select Advanced Option

Select Startup settings

Press Restart

Now You will get another window when computer restarts, Press 4 on that screen which loads windows in safe mode

Please update when you are there in safe mode

Expert:  arsufi2002 replied 2 years ago.

Once you are in Safe Mode. Login to your profile

Then

1: Open Task Manager (press ctrl+shift+esc)

2: Click Startup tab

3: Disable all Programs in it. (Click A program > Click Disable button under it)

You may disable all programs except your anti Virus software and reboot computer.

4: Check whether computer freezes then
