How do I reduce my display size on iPad?

Customer Question

Hi there and welcome

If you have zoomed, double tap the screen with 3 fingers and this will reduce the size.

If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

This info does not work. I tried 3finger taps, but did not make a difference.

Have you actually zoomed the text on the iPad? Is it looking abnormally large?

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

I dont believe you have, if not, to Settings > Display and Brightness > Text Size.

And change it there please

Let me know the results please

This also.did not work either.

So your saying, changing the text size via Settings > Display and Brightness > Text Size has not impact at all?

And I need to know did you actually zoomed the text on the iPad? Is it looking abnormally large?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do not believe that I zoomed anything, yes the text is abnormally large with icons or pages are large.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

You can do it by accident, its common and it sounds like you have zoomed.

If you go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom.

Can you turn it off there?
