Since you are not online, i request you to do this activity..
1: From Windows Desktop, Open Computer
There you can find attached devices like HDD, CD Drive other hardwares which is attached to system
2: Right Click the CD/DVD drive which shows
3: Click Eject
Now the CD/DVD drive should open and that's the physical drive you have on computer. You can also find the physical eject button near to that drive and can use it to open drive
