I'm sorry about the issue. Was there any change, such as installing / uninstalling a program, or windows update got installed, etc., recently to your computer that may have caused this issue?

Please shut down / restart the computer and check.

- If that does not work, please try this first: click Start->All programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore and restore the computer to any date before this issue has occurred, and check.

- If that still does not work, please try the following fix:

  1. Close Rosetta Stone program
  2. Click on Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Run...
, then type exactly the following:
    , then click OK.
(Or another way: Click on Start\Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Folder Options, then click on the View tab at the top, then check the box "Show hidden files, folders, and drives", then click OK. Then click on Start, then click on Computer, then open the C: drive, then open folder ProgramData.)
  3. Open the folder Rosetta Stone
  4. Open the folder Rosetta Stone Version....
  5. Right-click on the file tracking.db3 then click on Rename
    , type BackupTracking.db3
    , press Enter key
  6. Open Rosetta Stone program and check.
