Okay. The best way to resolve this is to restore it back to factory. Are you familiar with the One Key Recovery?

Okay then try this. Shut down the computer, then restart and press the Novo button. From Novo Button Menu, select System Recovery and press Enter.

Look above the keyboard along the top. On some versions you can run it from within Windows without powering down, so try that first.

No. There should be a button or two above the F keys. There may also be a power button located there as well.

Okay try this. Restart the computer and as it begins power up, repeatedly press the F11 key, then let me know what you see.

Nothing unusual starts up as normal. I am holding the button down or pressing repeatedly. Because pressing repeatedly just starts the computer as per normal

I apologize for running you in circles but I think we need to try the F11 key one more time. Restart the computer and repeatedly press and release the F11 key when turning on the computer. When you hear beeps or see a logo screen, release the F11 key.

If you are unable to access the factory recovery, then I would suggest contacting Lenovo at 1-***-***-**** and order the recovery CD's They will restore your computer back to the way it was before you tried to load Windows 7.
