Customer Question

I am 71 years old with very little computer knowledge.
My regular account is***@******.***
Occasionally I use***@******.***
Recently a friend sent me a homemade video to my hotmail account.
The first time it played just fine on my computer.
When I tried to play it subsequently, every time it said its in my Google Drive and that I needed permission from the owner to access the video.
I am the owner, I think.
How do I give permission so I can watch my video on my hotmail account ?
I'm totally lost.

Hi Walter,

The owner is the person who originally created the video or shared it with you.

It will no longer be available if the owner of the file deleted it or removed you from the list of people with access.

You will have to ask them to send you through a new link to access the video again.

They can send the link to either your gmail or hotmail account.
