Customer Question

When entering a new payee, not on my current list of payees, I get this message that Windows has detected a problem and must close- As long as I do not enter the payee but categorize the entry I can proceed. Do you have any idea how I can
actually enter the new payee without the program shutting down.

try this first

file / file operations / validate and rebuild

that will fix it if there is an error in the data file

please let me know if that works. there are a few other things we can try if that doesnt work. but it is the most likely to do the job easily.
