I am a charter customer and my E-mail does not work, a cannot send or receive my mail, someone at Charter says I still have a "Pop Server" and they do not have that any more and said I would have to call Microsoft which I have done. Can you help me?

yes i can help.

I assume that you are using a desktop email program such as outlook

what you need to do is go to tools / accounts

then add a new account

this should be an imap account

the settings are in the screenshot below. of course for account name you would put YOUR email address and your password

once that is working you can delete or disable the pop account so that it does not give you an error message every time that you get mail
