The ping 4.2.2.3 command is not ping4.2.2.3

- It looks like you forgot to put a space after ping

I asked for the results from the IPCONFIG command. That will be an IP address.

Please, follow the instructions below:
- Click the Start Button
- Click Run
- Type: devmgmt.msc
- Hit Enter
- Click the plus sign next to Network Adapters
- Right click each adapter under the network adapters heading and choose Uninstall. Uninstall the device.
- Right click another item in the list and choose "Scan for Hardware Changes"
- Choose to automatically install the device (click next > next > Finish)

After that is all complete, please test your Internet connection to see if it is now working.
