I'm sorry about the issue. This is definitely a scam, so please ignore this type of phone calls. No support company or Microsoft would ever call you for any computer support (you would call them first if you need any computer help.) This is a scam in order to get your money; they are pretending to be from Microsoft company.

Now, is your email currently working fine? Do you see if there is any issue with your computer, i.e., is any program not working?
