Have you upgraded or changed your operating system? Such as upgrading from 8 to 8.1 or to Windows 10?
Does any keys function or is the whole keyboard inoperable?
I also need to know the submodel of the E15 as that's a family of machines, for example, Aspire E15 ES1-511 or E5-511p, et cetera, if you don't see that branded anywhere, a S/N or P/N may help me immensely .
