Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?

Please try the following fix:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer websites / windows.
  2. Press at the same time the two keys Windows and X on the keyboard, then click on Control Panel.
  3. Then open Network and Internet if available, then open Internet Options.
  4. Click on Delete... button, then delete only temporary internet / website files.
  5. Then click on Advanced tab, then click on Reset... button, then click on Reset button.
  6. Then click on Close, then open Internet Explorer and check.

- If that does not work, please download / install the Google Chrome program at the website below:

https://www.google.com/chrome/

; keep default options during installation, and skip/cancel the google account sign-in page when prompted.

, then close Internet Explorer program, then go to your email website and all other websites in Google Chrome program, and see if it works fine in Google Chrome program.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
