I use Outlook Express for emails , and ever since installing Windows 10 , my computer is slower , and I
'm having trouble sending emails(NO problem with receiving!) Have tried phoning for 2 weeks WITHOUT success.. previous calls/problems were always dealt with in a professional/courteous manner! Please help.

Please try the following fix:

  1. Close Outlook email program for now.
  2. Press at the same time the two keys Windows and X on your keyboard, then click on Command Prompt (Admin), and confirm.
    (Or another way, type command prompt at the Start screen mode, then right-click on the Command Prompt item, then click on Run as administrator and confirm.)
  3. Type exactly the following:
    sfc /scannow
  4. Then press Enter key.
  5. Wait until it finishes (should take around 30 minutes.)
  6. Then Outlook email program, then check sending.
