Have you tried it in chrome ? XP won't run the latest versions of the ie so often chrome works better

I can give you some reset instructions for the ie that will put it back to default values and clean it up totally but if the site requires a newer version than you can put on xp you would probably need to get a newer computer

first go to tools / windows update
do all the updates they suggest
then go to tools / manage add ons
disable every add on that you are not sure what it is and absolutely need
then tools / internet options
under general tab
browsing history
delete button
delete all temp files and cookies
under advanced tab
restore advanced settings
reset to defaults
then reboot your computer and try again

i do not owe the rest of the fee I figured it out myself by reinstalling internet explorer
