you need to go to
log in with your phone number as the id and your password
ther should be a tab for subscriptions
click that and check your status and it should let you renew.
if it isnt taking your payment your credit card may have expired or not be on file.
click my account tab
and you should be able to change the credit card and THEN renew the subscription
