I'm using windows 10 via Chrome. I'm getting a Critical Error message... "START MENU AND CORTANA AREN'T WORKING. WE'LL TRY TO FIX IT THE NEXT TIME YOU SIGN IN. SIGN OUT NOW. I've rebooted and restarted several times but that didn't clear the problem... What should I do... I doing this message via AOL.

First of all uninstall any any antivirus or firewall program on your system. Then reboot and try again. Let me know the result.

that did not work... I deleted Avast and CCleaner and rebooted... still the same error message
