Hi, My name is ***** ***** i will be assisting you
Please let me know the make and model of your computer
please shut down the notebook by keeping the ON button pressed for 10 secs
wait for 2 mins
after that turn on laptop
let me know if it repeats the same thing or boots to windows
move the mouse and see if anything moves.
no dotted circle or moving status bar?
sorry about the delay.
it is stuck in a loop
this a common issues with windows 10 upgrade
50% of users are facing such issues
the solution is to revert back to the previous version on windows and run the update again
we will have to run a factory restore which will revert your computer back to the image when you first got it
then we will attempt the windows 10 upgrade again
do you have the recovery discs or windows disc
i understand but right now your windows upgrade has failed..the only way to recover will be a factory restore or if you have made a recovery disc we can load that image
did you create any recovery disc
also its always recommended to backup your data before running windows upgrade..did you backup
i am afraid in that case we can only reload the factory image as the upgrade has corrupted the existing windows file
did you have windows 7 or 8 before the upgrade
ok please restart the computer and tap the f8 key...let me know if you reach an advanced menu with recovery options
