I had a call from a tech support group that said I had a malware problem and they were from a pop up which I never wanted them. How did they get all my information about my computer. I have been having a problem with my screen going blank and a minute later it came back several times. Do I need to have a different security. It has only happened when I was on TDS.

I'm sorry about the issue. This is definitely a scam, so please ignore those phone calls. No support company would ever call you for any computer support (you would call them first if you need computer support.) They cannot know any information about your computer; they are just making things up. This is a scam in order to get your money; the are pretending to be from a legitimate company, such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, etc. Please always ignore any phone call or email message from anyone that you do not know or that you are not expecting.
