Customer Question

Windows Explorer is showing My V570 Drive C: as nearly full, but I do not think I have that much data stored on it. The Geek Squad at Best Buy doesn't think so, either. Is this something you can diagnose?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have lots of pictures , videos, etc. on the computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

I do not have a lot of pictures, videos, etc. on Drive C: Most of such things I keep on an external drive.
A remote support session might be good, but not right now. How long would it take, and what would it cost?

Is $19 extra okay for remote support? How much time do you have right now? It should be quick.

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

No. I have to do something else now.

No problem. When would you like to continue? What time zone are you in? Thank you.
