I just received an old computer that has Windows XP

Customer Question

I just received an old computer that has Windows XP for the operating system. When it starts, the administrator is required to have a password ***** sign on, but I don't have a password ***** it. Is there any way I can bypass this or reset the computer to factory
settings? I do not have an XP disc neither.

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of the old Windows XP computer?
Does it show a name or username at the password ***** login screen?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
