Customer Question

Four years ago, I bought a new computer from Microcenter (their house brand), brought it home to enable my wife to do more of her professorial work at home, and installed the discs for Power Point (purchased legally) in it. I recall nothing else about the installation, but when I tried (recently-- delay was caused by illness) to open the computer I was asked for a password ***** I do not recall. (I cannot transport the computer since I am weak (and old -- 86). Is there any other solution? -- robert sweeney, Cleveland hts
