yes, I have tried the suggestions that were sent with Rhapsody, but I can't get anything to work. I saw some suggestions on here and I couldn't get those to work either, such as right clicking on rhapsody icon and open with administrator.

Click here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkId=105000 The download will start automatically. RIGHT CLICK on the downloaded file and run as Administrator and it will run the program to delete the previous DRM. After it runs, try using Rhapsody again

The screen just kind of blinks, but nothing comes up.

Do you see the program downloading at the bottom of the screen? Try pressing CTRL and J together which brings up your downloads. Do you see ResetDRM.exe on the top?
