If anyone wishes to ask Jason a question directly,
they can do so at the following page:

I am an Information Technology Professional with over 15 years of professional experience. I am the technician assigned to your case today. I look forward to working with you and resolving this problem.
May I ask for you to elaborate on what your specific problem is?
On the Kindle, are you able to connect to your wireless signal and sign into your account?
I will be standing by.
Thank you,

Thank you for the update. At this point, you just have to tell Amazon that you wish to download all the previous books, apps, etc.
Please, follow the instructions below to transfer the books back to your Kindle:
- Click the link:
- Sign into your Amazon account
- Hover over the Your account button on the top right area of the page and then choose Manage my Kindle
- Locate the Book that you wish to transfer. You will see a Button on the right side of that book. Click that button, choose Deliver to My
- In the new menu, choose your Kindle from the pull down bar and click the Deliver button.
You can do that for each book and application that you wish to transfer.
If you need anything else in the future, please let me know.
Thank you for your time today.

I hope I am not bothering you. I am just checking on the status of your problem. Did my instructions help you or do you need further assistance?
I look forward to your response or your rating of my service on this page. Doing either of these (reply or rating), will close the ticket on this page.
Thank you for your time.
I will be standing by.
Thank you,
