i cannot connect the dragon naturally speaking to my computer.i have a service who tried all day yesterday and he said it has something to do with my computers soft ware. i have ahyppavillion slimline windows 7. i am 90 years old if you can tell me and then fax the information i can forward on to the man serviceing my computer.
