I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre bought in the fall of 2014. We had a blue screen problem and my son did a restore back to September 2014. Right now we cannot connect to the internet and I believe the reason is that the last Windows 7 update was for Sept 2014. When we rebooted it tried to do an update for yesteday but it failed to no one's surprise. Is there a way we can get the windows app updated from September 2014? I also have disks for Windows 8 if we need to load that in. The people who sold me the desktop did not give
me disks for windows 7. Can you help me?

How are you trying to connect to internet? Via wireless or a cable?
And what is the error you get when it fails?

Windows 7I have comcast cable and the desktop is connected to by a wire. the wireless is for the other computers in the house.Error is cannot connect to the internel.
