I do not wish to have your JustAnswer program built into my computer. I did not receive an answer to my question...and I don't wish to have to have your program built into my computer. You have my five bucks...keep it...don't try to charge my card againI got no answer. I do not wish to have your program built into my computer just to get a simple answer to one question. Dear ***** K.We are at an impasse. I cannot sign the Disclaimer allowing you to download ASK software into my computer. The fact is...I contacted you in the first place to request that ASK software be removed from my computer. You have already injected your software into my computer without my permission,...unless I was somehow tricked into signing a previous disclaimer. If you can walk me through the removal process with online chat...good...otherwise we won't proceed further. Your ASK software is so annoying to me....interfering with my YAHOO browser page. I'm very unhappy with the situation.

I WENT THROUGH MY CONTROL PANEL...AND UNDER PROGRAMS I DON'T SEE "ASK.COM" LISTED AT ALL...NO OPTION TO REMOVE...

Its not a program its set as a homepage
Please do this
Open Chrome in the top Right click the 3 lines
Then click Settings
Under on Startup
Tick the Box Open specific pages
Then Click Set Pages .
enter http://google.com
Click ok
close and open google Chrome and let me know
