I just downloaded chrome to a new laptop with Windows 7 (new to me) and signed into both Chrome and into Norton Identity Safe and although Identify safe settings are to autofill usernames into sites, it will not. Please help. It worked on my former computer with the same settings.
Thanks for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I look forward to assisting you.

In Chrome, click on the three bars in the top right, then click Settings.

In the new window, go to the bottom and click Advance Settings.

Under Password XXXXX Forms, make sure that both options are checked.

Once checked, test and tell me if you get the autofill settings please.

Thank you

I actually restarted my computer and then went back onto the chrome web browser and my Norton Identity Safe filled in the log-ins just as it had on the former computer. Identity safe actually automatically turns off the web browser's automatic fill-ins for usernames and passwords. I probably contacted you too soon and should have shut down and restarted before I tried your service.

No problem Laura.

Then your version of Identity Safe overrides Chrome (so Chrome is not doing this).

Can I help you with anything else? If so, please let me know.

Else if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
