For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
My computer recently had a virus and I had to reinstall from an image backup. I had not installed my office 2013 until after I made the backup. I am now trying to reinstall Windows 2013 (for which I have a valid license key.) But am unable to do it. This is apparently similar to the question I had on 5/5/2013. I would like to install the 32-bit program for which I have and ISO file on my computer since Microsoft says this is the preferable windows office to use. I have used the uninstall to try to uninstall office 2010 64-bit. I get error messages that tell me I still have 64-bit office when I tried to install the 32-bit version and also an error message that I still have 32-bit office files when tried to install the 64-bit
that sounds good to me. Let me know how to connect.
