I just upgraded my husbands iphone to ios7.. now he is getting

I just upgraded my husbands iphone to ios7.. now he is getting all my texts. how does one stop that I don't want his phone linked to mine

When you applied the upgrade did you have to sign in with your iTunes account or with his iTunes account?

I just removed both phones from the ITunes account

he doesn't have one so I used mine

Ok great. Thank you for that information. Please do the following:

Tap Settings > i tunes & App Stores
Tap the Apple ID signed in

Sign out of iTunes on that phone.

Next, hold down the power and home button on that phone for 15 seconds and allow it to completely reset itself. DO NOT SLIDE TO POWER OFF.

Let the phone turn off then back on again.

This should fix the problem you are having. Please try and it let me know.
