You can reset Internet Explorer settings to their default which should help solve the problem. To do that, follow these instructions:

1. While you are in Internet Explorer, click on the "settings" icon located in the upper right corner, next to the star icon, or you can press Alt+X keys simultaneously instead

2. A new menu will appear and once it does, click on Internet options

3. When the Internet Options window opens, click on the last tab - Advanced

4. There click on the Reset... button located at the bottom

5. After you have clicked it, click the new Reset button located at the bottom, without checking the Delete personal settings check-box

6. After that, Internet Explorer settings will reset to their defaults. Click Close and exit Internet Explorer

7. Wait for 5 seconds and then re-start Internet Explorer and check it that helped
