This is a scam, and you should hang up the phone an end the conversation
Microsoft will never ever ring you.
It is a common trick, were the caller will attempt to have you install a program on their behalf. Once done, this can allow them access to your computer to take your personal details (eg: Banking details, login details ect).
This scam has been going for a number of years, and you can see Microsofts official response to it.
