My graphics are way out of wack. Everything looks like a negative. Any ideas? I have a HP computer running Windows 7
Hello my name isXXXXX look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
Is this a desktop or a laptop?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Hi Freddy, It is a desktop

The first thing we want to do is make sure the connections are seated properly.

Disconnect the monitor cable from both the back of the tower and the monitor itself.

Then blow out the ports on both to make sure they are free of dust.
Reconnect the cable and test your monitor again.

You do not need to turn off the computer while doing this.
However if you want to turn it off, you can get back to me by going to and clicking on my questions at the top of the page.

If this did not work, please come back and let me know by clicking on reply to expert so we can continue.

If it did work, please don’t forget to leave a positive rating - it is greatly appreciated.
