Are you using a Laptop with a touchpad or a pointer ?

I normally use a mouse, although my laptop does have a touchpad

I have saved the file but do not know how to install

No Problem

Just open where you saved it your downloads folder

and double click and follow the on screen prompts

I followed the screen prompts and installed. I then switched off and re-started the laptop.


 


It has not fixed the problem.
