I have an HP computer. I'm using peoplesoft and somehow reduced the size of the images to a smaller zoom. How do I adjust the display so that it is back to "normal" settings?

Thanks for asking your question, my name is XXXXX XXXXX will be glad to assist you.

Are you using a mouse with scroll wheel?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I am -- somehow the "control" + mouse scroll does not affect the viewing size.

Did you hold down Control and scroll up?

Does that not work?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I did. It didn't work.

Can we do a remote connection so I can take a look at the issue?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Sorry, that won't work for me. Any other tips?

You can try a restore to before the issue occurred. This will not affect any data just a simple way to undo system changes.

Click on the windows logo start button in the search box type in System Restore then hit enter. The wizard will appear, click Next and select a date to before the issue occurred. The PC will restore then restart normally.

Test out the issue and let me know the outcome. Reply back to me BEFORE selecting any negative rating. I will answer your follow ups.
