Ok lets begin by checking to make sure you have a default printer selected

You are using Windows 8 right?

Lets begin by going to the desktop

Customer:

I am wireless

No problem.

ChrisC :

To get to the desktop in Windows 8 you do the following

ChrisC :

Go to the start menu and there will be a button for it

ChrisC :

To go to the desktop

ChrisC :

Then hover over the top right corner of the screen to get the side menu\

ChrisC :

Choose settings

ChrisC :

Then choose control panel and then view devices and printers.

ChrisC :

Locate your printer in the list and right click it and choose set as default

OK, so when I go to settings, I do not see my printers, and I can not seem to see your writing above your last response to see what I need to do. Sorry, I am not as computer savy as you may like.

Under settings you are looking for "Control Panel"

Then you should see printers and devices

Yes it is set as default

now then in Internet Explorer which I assume you have open right now

hit the alt key on your keyboard to bring up the menu at the top. Select the tools menu and choose internet options

ChrisC :

Click the advanced tab in the new window and select the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) andDisable script debugging (Other) check boxes.

Clear the Display a notification about every script error check box, and then clickOK.

ChrisC :

Click ok out of everything until you are back at internet explorer and then try to print again

Ok have we by chance tried reloading it?

No - but I can print to it from any other place just not the internet.

It could still perhaps be a software issue

Well actually one other thing first

Have we done a compklete reset on Internet explorer?

no

Hit the alt key and choose tools and internet options again

ChrisC :

Click that same advanced tab and this time hit the reset button.

ChrisC :

Check all of the check boxes and hit ok

Then after it is done open up a new internet window aside form this one

And try to print

ok the next thing is going to be to reload the printer
