3: Once you get that screen enter :
username : administrator
password : (leave it blank)
press ok / enter key to login
4: Change your profile password XXXXX you successfully login administrator account.

Unfortunately we cannot help you break into an account, even if it is your own. The whole purpose of a password XXXXX is to keep out those who don't know the password. Unfortunately this means it'll keep out the account owner as well if they forget it, but software and computer makers don't create another way to get in when the password XXXXX known. If it was easy to get around a password XXXXX wouldn't be much use for using them at all. If you can't get into Window using the Admin credentials, there is no legal way to get back into the system.
The admin account is the only way to get in. Short of hacking the operating system, the only way to get access again is to keep trying every password XXXXX you can think of.
