Google provides a form that you need to complete when you see unauthorized charges on your card like you are seeing. You can find this form here:

Here is what google say about the $1 Charge:
"Please note the $1.00 transaction you see pending from Google is actually a pending authorization request between our billing system and the bank that issued your credit/debit card. Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and the bank's billing system to ensure that your credit/debit card is valid and able to be used."
However I agree with you that 47 of them seems excessive.
Unfortunately google does not provide any phone number for matters like this that I know of so you need to fill out the form by going to the link I provided above.
