I cannot access my gmail account from my laptop but I can access my email from another computer by means of the webmail portal. What is the problem?

Please try the following steps on the laptop:

A. Reset the browser:

Launch Internet explorer
Click Tools
Click Internet Options.
Under the general tab, please delete cookies.
After that click the Advanced tab.
Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
Start Internet Explorer again.

B. Please try to login to your account using mozilla firefox. Please click start, all programs and check if you have mozilla firfox or not.
